Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

3. Product Availability & Pricing
All prices are based on live precious metal market values and may fluctuate at any time.
In the event of pricing errors, stock discrepancies, or system issues, we reserve the right to cancel or amend any order and issue a full refund where applicable.
4. Pre-Orders & Deposits
Pre-Order Terms
Some items are offered as pre-orders and may not be immediately available for delivery.
To secure a pre-order allocation, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of purchase.
By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and agree that:

The remaining balance will be invoiced once the product is ready for dispatch

Failure to complete payment within the stated timeframe may result in forfeiture of your deposit and cancellation of the order
5. Final Pricing & Payment
Final pricing is calculated at the time of release using the current precious metal spot price plus the stated premium.
Once the item is ready for dispatch:

Failure to pay may result in cancellation with no refund of the deposit
6. Cancellations & Refunds
Due to the nature of precious metals and limited-mintage products:

All sales are final once an order is placed

Deposits are non-refundable

Orders that have shipped are not eligible for cancellation or refund

Damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence
7. Market Disclaimer
Precious metal prices fluctuate constantly. Everyday Bullion does not provide investment advice and makes no guarantees regarding future value or performance of any product.
All purchases are made at the buyer’s discretion and risk.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Everyday Bullion shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our products or services.
Our maximum liability in any case shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
