The 2023 Niue Roaring Lion Silver Coin was struck by Sunshine Minting as part of the popular Truth Series. Containing one troy ounce of .9999 fine silver, this official Niue legal-tender release carries a face value of two dollars and has a reported combined issue of 125,000 coins. Its reverse presents a powerful roaring lion wearing an elaborate crown, representing the Lion of Judah. The crown incorporates the Hebrew letters את and the micro-engraved message “GOD IS SPIRIT”, while the coin’s weight and silver purity appear beneath the design. The obverse carries the Public Seal of Niue together with the year and denomination. Finished to Brilliant Uncirculated bullion quality, the coin weighs approximately 31.10g, measures 39mm in diameter and has a reeded edge. Bullion coins may display small contact marks, scratches, toning, surface haze or milk spotting. A protective capsule or original mint packaging is not included unless specifically stated.
