2026 Great Britain Royal Tudor Beasts Seymour Panther £10 10oz .9999 Silver BU Coin in Capsule – United Kingdom – The Royal Mint
Inspired by the powerful heraldry of the Tudor dynasty, The Royal Tudor Beasts Bullion Collection concludes with the Seymour Panther, the tenth and final guardian in the series.
The panther was presented to Jane Seymour by Henry VIII from the royal treasury of heraldic beasts. On the coin’s reverse, the animal supports a shield displaying the Seymour Wings, reflecting Jane Seymour’s family emblem and her place in Tudor history.
Created in partnership with Historic Royal Palaces, the reverse design is a modern interpretation of the Seymour Panther statue at Hampton Court Palace by sculptor and illustrator David Lawrence. The background incorporates detailed surface animation, providing an additional security feature while enhancing the overall design.
The obverse features the official coinage portrait of His Majesty King Charles III, created by Martin Jennings.
Struck to bullion standard from 10 troy ounces of 999.9 fine silver, this coin is exempt from Capital Gains Tax for UK residents. The Seymour Panther is also available in a 2oz silver edition, as well as in platinum and fine gold.
