**The American Bald Eagle – Principal Artwork**

The principal face of the Scottsdale Eagle Stacker® features a magnificent American bald eagle struck in exceptional ultra-high relief.

The eagle's commanding portrait dominates the composition, with its powerful hooked beak, sharply defined eye and meticulously engraved feathers creating an impressive three-dimensional appearance.

Each layer of the eagle's plumage is carefully sculpted to emphasise natural texture and depth.

A surrounding pattern of finely engraved radial lines extends towards the edge of the round, creating striking contrasts as light moves across the silver surface.

The combination of sculptural relief and geometric detailing gives the Eagle Stacker a distinctive appearance among modern silver bullion rounds.

**Recessed Eagle – Opposite Face**

The opposite face features a recessed impression of the American bald eagle.

This is not simply a decorative variation of the principal design. The recessed artwork serves an important mechanical purpose, providing the complementary surface required for Scottsdale Mint's interlocking stacking technology.

The eagle's features are reproduced in negative relief, allowing the raised design of another compatible round to nest within the recessed surface.

Inscriptions identify Scottsdale Mint, the Stacker Round designation, precious-metal weight and silver purity.

**Precision Interlocking Technology**

Scottsdale Mint's Stacker® technology uses carefully engineered convex and concave surfaces to create secure interlocking arrangements.

Rather than stacking as ordinary flat discs, compatible rounds are designed to nest together, helping improve stability and alignment during storage.

The Eagle Stacker is compatible with designated one-ounce, two-ounce and five-ounce silver releases from the Eagle Stacker family, together with certain copper and antiqued silver editions.

**Ultra-High-Relief Minting**

Producing such pronounced relief in a one-ounce silver round requires substantial precision during striking.

The difference between the raised eagle artwork and recessed opposing face provides both the artistic definition and the functional construction for which the Stacker® series is recognised.

The result is a silver round that combines bold American imagery, carefully executed engraving and innovative precious-metal engineering.

**The Scottsdale Mint Stacker® Collection**

Scottsdale Mint is an American precious-metal manufacturer recognised for its distinctive bullion designs and innovative production techniques.

Its Stacker® collection is built around the concept of creating bullion products that combine attractive sculptural artwork with practical, interlocking construction.

Earlier Scottsdale Stacker releases established the popularity of the mint's crowned lion motif, using complementary raised and recessed designs to create stable stacks of fine silver.

The Eagle Stacker represents an important development within this established family, introducing the American bald eagle as a distinctive new artistic subject.

**Introduction of the Eagle Stacker**

Introduced in 2025, the one-ounce Eagle Stacker brought Scottsdale Mint's precision stacking technology to a new high-relief eagle design.

The release followed the established popularity of earlier Stacker products, including the Lion Stacker series.

The one-ounce format presented particular manufacturing challenges, requiring finely controlled tolerances to accommodate deep relief and complementary stacking surfaces within a relatively compact quantity of silver.

Scottsdale Mint developed the Eagle Stacker to provide the artistic impact associated with larger high-relief rounds while retaining the widely recognised one-ounce bullion weight.

**The American Bald Eagle**

The bald eagle is one of the most recognisable symbols of the United States.

Associated with freedom, strength, vigilance and independence, the bird has appeared throughout American heraldry and artistic traditions.

Its powerful profile and distinctive feather structure make it a particularly effective subject for high-relief engraving.

Scottsdale Mint's interpretation emphasises the eagle's alert expression, sharply defined beak and natural plumage, creating a portrait that celebrates both American symbolism and modern minting craftsmanship.

**The Eagle Stacker Family**

The Eagle Stacker series includes compatible one-ounce, two-ounce and five-ounce silver rounds.

Certain copper and antique-finish Eagle Stacker releases are also designed to interlock with the corresponding silver products.

This compatibility creates opportunities for collectors to assemble coordinated stacks featuring different metal weights and finishes.

The standard brilliant silver Eagle Stacker remains an ongoing bullion product rather than a fixed-mintage commemorative.

**Collectability**

The Eagle Stacker appeals to traditional silver stackers as well as collectors interested in American-themed bullion and unusual minting technology.

Its one-ounce silver content, distinctive eagle artwork and secure interlocking construction provide a combination of precious-metal value, craftsmanship and practical functionality.

Whether collected individually or alongside other Scottsdale Mint releases, it represents a distinctive development in contemporary stackable bullion design.
