The front features SilverTowne’s trademark prospector leading his heavily laden donkey, accompanied by the SilverTowne script logo and the inscription “ONE OUNCE .999 FINE SILVER”. The reverse displays a detailed crosshatched pattern with a central SilverTowne cartouche and a smaller reproduction of the prospector-and-donkey emblem.

Measuring approximately 50 × 29mm, the bar has a compact and easily stored minted format suitable for silver stacking or themed bullion collections. It is an undated, non-denominated private-mint bar rather than a legal-tender coin and is supplied inside protective plastic packaging.

Design & Collection

The front features SilverTowne’s trademark prospector leading a heavily laden donkey inside a circular border. Beneath the scene are the inscriptions confirming the bar’s one-ounce weight and .999 silver purity, together with the SilverTowne script logo and integrated pickaxe. The reverse displays a detailed crosshatched pattern surrounding a central cartouche containing the SilverTowne logo and a smaller prospector-and-donkey emblem.

SilverTowne Mint is an established American private mint based in Winchester, Indiana. Its bullion range includes minted silver bars, rounds and collectable designs produced for precious-metal investors and collectors. The prospector and donkey form SilverTowne’s signature trademark and appear across many of its best-known bullion products.

This is the classic vertically orientated SilverTowne Prospector bar with the circular prospector-and-donkey vignette and crosshatched reverse. It should not be confused with the separate horizontal Retro Prospector design or other SilverTowne silver-bar releases.
