How long does my order take to arrive?
🚚 Delivery Information
We offer next-day delivery on all orders placed before 12:00pm, Monday to Thursday.
- Order before 12pm? Your order will arrive the next working day.
- Order after 12pm? Delivery will take one extra working day.
Examples:
- Order at 11:00am Wednesday → Delivered Thursday
- Order at 3:00pm Wednesday → Delivered Friday
Weekend Orders:
Orders placed after 12pm on Thursday, or anytime on Friday–Sunday, will be delivered on Tuesday.

Due to the constantly changing nature of the gold and bullion market, we do not accept returns or exchanges once a purchase has been completed. Prices are based on the live gold rate at the time of order, meaning values can fluctuate daily.
That said, we want our customers to feel confident in their purchases. If you wish to sell your item back in the future, we are happy to discuss the current buy-back rate and provide a fair market-based offer.
